COACH is a registered Non-Profit Organization started in 2006. The organization supports aspiring entrepreneurs pan India. Established business owners who have joined COACH have donated their time and talent to build the next generation of entrepreneurs in India. These mentors have owned and managed companies in India and abroad. Reminiscing about its inception COACH founder Ms. Manjula says, “When I started my consulting firm in USA, I was in an environment where young entrepreneurs like me could learn from established business owners. When I moved back to India, I noticed that not many platforms were provided for successful business owners to share their winning secrets. I also met many aspiring entrepreneurs struggle with their aspirations and ideas, not knowing how to tackle the roadblocks. I wanted to help the aspirants connect with the successful".

With the backing of an advisory board, Manjula started a coaching organization for aspiring entrepreneurs. Today the non-profit organization provides a platform for successful business owners from all over India to provide the support and encouragement an aspiring entrepreneur needs.

Manjula is the founder of Globus Leadership Consulting and co-founder of Coromon Systems Inc, USA. She has served as an executive board member and has led teams onshore and off shore for over 15 years. She has worked in building business systems, enhancing customer experiences, change management and performance counseling. Manjula has coached leaders in high tech startups, manufacturing firms and service organizations in USA, UAE and India. Her observations on business systems, market presence and executive development have been published in leading business dailies. Manjula holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Bharathiar University, India. She was trained in Psychology and psychotherapy from Malaysian University of Science and Technology. Manjula received her training in leadership coaching from Center for Executive Coaching, USA.

Kumar.R

A software engineer by profession, kumar has worked in the US for more than a decade. He has invented software programs, founded companies and marketed his inventions. At present he heads Relona Software Technologies. As an entrepreneur he is passionate about sharing his experiences in developing technologies and marketing them to companies abroad. Kumar received his B.Tech in electrical engineering from IIT Madras and M.S in Computer Engineering from University of Massachusetts, USA.

Vijay Mohan.R.S

Vijay is a director of sales and marketing at Sargent Controls and aerospace in Tucson, USA. As a versatile business executive, Vijay has the ability to build a strategic plan and create detailed operational action plans to execute the strategy. He is skilled and experienced in Program/Project Management, Negotiations, Contract Management, Business Development, Performance Management and Team Building. Vijay avidly travels around the globe to negotiate with his clients. He is eager to share his knowledge in negotiation, people & project management. Vijay Mohan received his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from PSG Tech, Coimbatore and has a Masters degree in Business Administration from University of Arizona, USA.

Sundharam.P.R

As a senior industrialist, Mr. Sundharam readily shares his entrepreneurial experiences with young aspirants. He enjoys motivating people to follow their passion and realize their business dreams. Mr. Sundharam received his Batchelors in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore.
